This was the first illustration I did for this upcoming (my third) tarot deck.
It was the catalyst for the direction the art would take, defining the entire deck.
The illustration started on paper, with added ink, pencil and acrylic paint. Then embelished and exaggerated digitally to give it more effects than I could do by hand.
This single picture set in motion 71 other illustrations.
This print is the artist proof. It is the only one I will be printing out, numbering, and signing. A true one of one!
